Abstract
The Nutrition for Precision Health (NPH) study will enroll over 10,000 people to learn more about individuals’
dietary patterns, and their responses to dietary intake. The overall goal of the NPH study is to develop
algorithms that predict individual responses to food and dietary patterns. To facilitate the NPH study goal, the
NPH Metabolomics and Clinical Assay Center (MCAC) will conduct a range of NPH consortium prioritized
clinical assays, targeted and untargeted metabolomics assays, and phytochemical assays using
biospecimens collected from people while on their habitual diets, prior to and following each of 3 NPH diets,
and following liquid meal and diet specific meal challenges. This supplement is prepared to add additional
biomarker assays that will aid in linking the relationship between dietary intake and health.

Publications
Publications are associated with projects, but cannot be identified with any particular year of the project or fiscal year of funding. This is due to the continuous and cumulative nature of knowledge generation across the life of a project and the sometimes long and variable publishing timeline. Similarly, for multi-component projects, publications are associated with the parent core project and not with individual sub-projects.
